                ตามที่บริษัทฯ ได้แจ้งให้ท่านทราบ เมื่อวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2565 ว่า Nomura Asia Investment Singapore Private Company Limited (“NAIS”) และ
ธนาคารกรุงศรีอยุธยา จำกัด (มหาชน) (“ธนาคาร”) ได้บรรลุข้อตกลง เมื่อวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2565 ในการโอนหุ้น จำนวนร้อยละ 99.1 ของหุ้นทั้งหมดของบริษัทฯที่ถือโดย NAIS
ให้แก่ BAY (“ธุรกรรม”) รายละเอียดปรากฎตามข่าวที่ธนาคารได้เปิดเผยในเว็บไซต์ของตลาดหลักทรัพย์และเว็บไซต์ของธนาคารที่บริษัทฯ ได้แจ้งให้ท่านทราบแล้วนั้น

                บริษัทฯ ขอแจ้งให้ท่านทราบว่า บัดนี้ ธุรกรรมดังกล่าว ได้ดำเนินการโดยเสร็จสมบูรณ์แล้ว เป็นผลให้บริษัทฯ มีฐานะเป็นบริษัทในกลุ่มธุรกิจทางการเงินของธนาคาร

                นอกจากนี้ จากการประชุมวิสามัญผู้ถือหุ้น ครั้งที่ 1/2566 ของบริษัทฯ ในวันที่ 7 มีนาคม 2566 ที่ประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นได้มีมติอนุมัติการเปลี่ยนแปลงรายการต่างๆ
ที่สำคัญของบริษัทฯ เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงผู้ถือหุ้นใหญ่ของบริษัทฯ ซึ่งรวมถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงชื่อบริษัท จาก “บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ โนมูระ พัฒนสิน จำกัด (มหาชน)”
เป็น “บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ กรุงศรี พัฒนสิน จำกัด (มหาชน)” และเปลี่ยนชื่อภาษาอังกฤษจากเดิม “Capital Nomura Securities Public Company Limited” เป็น
“Krungsri Capital Securities Public Company Limited”

                ในการนี้ บริษัทฯ ขอแจ้งให้ท่านทราบว่า การเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าวไม่ได้กระทบกับบัญชี ธุรกรรม หรือการใช้บริการใดๆ ที่ท่านมีอยู่กับบริษัทฯ โดยท่านยังคงสามารถใช้บริการต่างๆ ของบริษัทฯ ได้ตามปกติ ทั้งนี้ หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลใดๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้บริการของลูกค้า บริษัทฯ จะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบในรายละเอียดต่อไป

Dear Valued Customers,

                Referring to the notification made by the Company to you on 30 June 2022 that Nomura Asia Investment Singapore Private Company Limited (“NAIS”) and Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited (“the Bank”) have reached an agreement on 30 June 30 2022 to transfer 99.1 percent of the total shares of the Company held by NAIS to BAY (the "Transaction"), details as provided in the news published by the Bank on the website of the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Bank’s website as you are informed earlier.

                The company would like to inform you that now the said Transaction has already been completed. As a result, the Company has now become part of the Bank's financial business group as detailed in the news published by the Bank on the Stock Exchange of Thailand's website below.

                In addition, as regards the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2023 held on March 7, 2023, the Shareholders' Meeting has resolved to approve the changes in key particulars of the Company to be consistent with the change of the Company’s major shareholders. This includes the change of the Company name in Thai from “บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ โนมูระ พัฒนสิน จำกัด (มหาชน)” to “บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ กรุงศรี พัฒนสิน จำกัด (มหาชน)” and in English from "Capital Nomura Securities Public Company Limited" to "Krungsri Capital Securities Public Company Limited".

                In this regard, the company would like to inform you that the said changes do not affect any of your accounts, transactions, or any service you have with the Company You can continue to use the Company’s services as usual. If there is any change in information related to the Client’s use of services, the Company will further inform you in detail.
