Alternative trading channel in case of the problem with internet trading software

 

In case of application(s) failure, CNS also provide alternative trading channels as follow;


In case of the problem with Equity trading software

In case clients cannot place trading order via application, please contact your personal financial advisors. For Pure Internet trading clients, please contact NOMURA DIRECT +66 (0) 2638-5500.

For alternative Internet Trading channels;

1. Alternative software

  •     Clients may use efin Trade Plus (PC/iOS/Android) while problem occurs with SETTRADE Streaming [eFin Trade (PC) Start] .
  •     Clients may use Streaming (PC/iOS/Android) while problem occurs with efin Trade Plus [Streaming (PC) Login] .

2. "Quick Trade" menu

  •     In case of difficulties in using the Real-Time software (i.e. SETTrade Streaming and efin Trade Plus) Clients also have an option to use the “Quick Trade” menu on www.nomuradirect.com By using this service, clients will have to follow these steps:
      • • Go to "Buy/Sell Stocks"
      • • On the left side menu , choose "Quick Trade"

    Limitation - Data on the "Quick Trade" menu is not real-time updated. Client must refresh the page in order to update the information.

 

In case of the problem with Derivatives trading software

• In case clients cannot place trading order via application, please contact your personal financial advisors. For Pure Internet trading clients, please contact NOMURA DIRECT +66 (0) 2638-5500.

For Night Session trading, clients are able to place orders by contacting +66 (0) 2081-2106-9.

Remark: Please kindly inform your personal financial advisors on which application you had placed order(s) If you do not find your order(s) and/or have further questions, please contact your personal financial advisors again or NOMURA DIRECT 0-2638-5500 immediately

For alternative Internet Trading channels;

1. Alternative software

  •     Clients may use efin Trade Plus (PC/iOS/Android) while problem occurs with SETTRADE Streaming [eFin Trade (PC) Start] .
  •     Clients may use Streaming (PC/iOS/Android) while problem occurs with efin Trade Plus [Streaming (PC) Login] .

    Limitation: For Derivative Trading, clients must select applications to place orders; either i2Trade or Streaming. In case of the selected one failure, please contact and place order via your Financial Advisory only.

Recommendation
: Please set up efin Trade Plus and Streaming on your computer since the programs require to be installed for first trading. In case of any problem(s) occur, you can immediately switch and place order to alternative application that already installed on the computer.
